105 feet of shallow entry walk in shore line for the little ones. Clean lake for swimming. Hard sand bottom with some weeds that gets softer as you venture out. Water is about 2-3 feet deep off of dock. Rental includes 1 canoe, 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.  The large beach area has a fire pit and plenty of room to play. Grass areas in front and back of cottage. Multi level decks, beach and dock with plenty of Muskoka chairs and hammock. Pick your front row seats to that beautiful sunset! Private boat launch (long and steep) on property the doubles as an awesome toboggan hill in winter!

Hot tub *Seasonal use*

We strive to ensure you have all that you could want or need at your home away from home. The kitchen is fully equipped. Quality bed linens and towels are included. Just bring your food, beverages and personal items. Bring your own outside/beach towels please!

Air conditioning and plenty of space to play as a group or relax and unwind on your own with a good book. Walkout basement features satellite TV, games, movies , Foosball table, darts and more. Large dining area to seat the entire group.
